Andrew is an experienced chartered clinical and educational psychologist and an associate fellow of the British Psychological Society. Originally from Australia, Andrew relocated to the UK in 2020, serving as a senior educational psychologist with Essex County Council.
Now in independent practice, Andrew specialises in psychoeducational assessments, academic and autism assessments reflecting his dedication to positively impacting lives.
He has extensive experience of working with children and adolescents, and as a fervent advocate for neurodiversity, he champions a person-centred approach, empowering individuals to leverage their strength for unique paths to success.
Dr Melanie Sehgal
Educational Psychologist
With over a decade of experience Melanie is an accomplished Educational Psychologist who has dedicated her career to breaking down barriers in education. Holding a doctorate from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, Melanie’s thesis focused on empowering bullied girls through innovative interventions.
As an expert in statutory processes, Melanie has contributed to Education, Health, and Care Plans, and served as a tribunal witness. Her passion lies in supporting children with learning difficulties, and she has gained valuable expertise in addressing social and emotional needs through her work in schools and carrying out autism assessments.
Her systemic approach, employing appreciative inquiry and solution-oriented methods, extends to large-scale projects and innovative group work, ensuring every child's voice is heard.


Nisha Veerd
Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist
Nisha, an experienced Speech and Language therapist, brings extensive expertise from her NHS tenure and specialisation in autism assessments for all ages.
Proficient in using the ADOS-2 and ADI-R, she has assessed clients both online and in-person, crafting comprehensive reports detailing their strengths, needs and future objectives.
Nisha adeptly advocates for clients with communication disorders, collaborating with diverse teams and caregivers for optimal case management.
With a history of pivotal roles in healthcare and community trusts, she's a trailblazer in developing specialised therapy services and excels in managing intricate cases across varied conditions.
Anna Abrahams
Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist
Anna is a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist, specialising in autism since qualifying in 2008.
Her journey began by establishing an autism provision in a mainstream junior school, followed by nine years’ experience working in a specialist autism nursery provision, alongside clinical work.
Since 2020, Anna has honed her expertise, focusing primarily on autism assessments for both children and adults, with particular interest in the more pro-social autistic presentation.
Her practice spans across the NHS, charitable organisations, and individual practices, ensuring a broad, affirmative and inclusive approach to her work.


Melanie Tham
Practice Manager
Melanie boasts a rich history of efficiently managing assessment clinics, notably Educational Potential (www.educationalpotential.co.uk). With over a decade dedicated to refining operations, her expertise and knowledge deeply penetrates the Special Educational Needs (SEN) sector.
As a qualified counsellor, Melanie has contributed significantly to mental health through counselling roles at NHS IAPT services and Place2Be in schools. Her empathetic approach and extensive network ensure tailored solutions for families and children.
